 This letter is in regard to Andy Lauffer. My husband and I have owned a KFC for 35 years and we needed a reliable plumber. Gerald and Andy became our go to plumbers. They came in a timely manner and finished the jobs we needed them to do. Eventually we needed a plumber for our home and we were very happy with their work. We also asked them to do work at my parent’s home as well. They were always polite and pleasant to us and to everyone around. Also an elderly friend of ours had a major problem and they finished the job for her. Andy would let us know of some of the health problems his father was having. He seemed very attentive and concerned for his father’s needs. I do know his father depended on him to do a major portion of the work. I am a server at Solberg's Bar and Frill in Felch, MI and a single mother of two young children. I'm writing to you in regards to Andy Lauffer. Andy and I have known each other for over 5 years on a personal and professional basis, but I have always known him to be a respected individual in our community here in Felch since I was a kid. Andy has a reputation for being kind, respectful, and most of all caring. He is always willing to help anyone when they need it, and that is just who Mr. Lauffer is. Andy and his father Gerald are both amazing people for as long as I can remember. Andy and Gerald have been a team. You will rarely see one without the other. Andy has been Gerald's caregiver for a long time, and everyone knows how much Andy loves his father. Even when times get tough, Andy is always determined to care for his father to the best of his ability, that should show what an incredible person Andy Lauffer is.
